Via Brasil BR-163 Concessionária de Rodovias S.A. (BR-163): 100% stake in the concessionaire responsible for controlling and maintaining the BR-163 highway, which is 1,009 km long and crosses the states of Mato Grosso (Sinop) and Pará (Miritituba), the main route for transporting grain to the Arco Norte region. With operations beginning in 2022 and a 10-year term, the concession is expected to end in 2032.
