Saneamento de Maceio LTDA (Sanema): 66.7% stake in the SPE that holds an asset lease agreement, including a collection network and sewage treatment plant under construction in Maceió/AL with a contract with CASAL. Operations are scheduled to begin in November 2021, with a 30-year lease term. The concession is estimated to benefit more than 123,000 residents.
