Alegrete (45% indirect stake): PPP concessionaire for public lighting in the municipality of São João de Meriti/RJ. Operation began in 2014 and is scheduled to end in 2039. The concession has more than 23,000 lighting points distributed throughout the region and serves more than 140 public buildings.
