Águas do Sertão S.A. (Águas do Sertão): 100% stake in the water supply and sewage treatment concessionaire for 34 municipalities in the state of Alagoas. The purpose of the SPE is to exclusively provide, under the concession regime, regionalized water supply and sewage services in the concession area of the municipalities that make up Block “B” of the State of Alagoas, under the terms of the Concession Agreement. With operations beginning in September 2022 and a 35-year term, the concession will serve approximately 700,000 inhabitants.
