Board of Directors

Conasa’s Board of Directors is composed of seven members, one of which is independent member and one external member.

André Berenguer Member of the Board of Directors

Holds a degree in Business Administration from EAESP at Fundação Getulio Vargas. With 30 years of experience in corporate finance, investments, structuring debt and equity transactions in the capital markets. Has worked in the infrastructure and energy sectors, including as a Officer at Banco Santander, ING Bank, Branco BBA, and Caixa Econômica Federal.

Ricardo Kassardjian Member of the Board of Directors

Holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP), with specialization in Finance and Marketing. He has worked in director positions at companies in the agribusiness, and construction sectors and has vast experience in structuring consortia to bid at tender processes for infrastructure concessions and in structuring guarantees and securities for non-recourse project finance operations, especially in the energy, toll road and sanitation sectors.

Lawyer, founder of Águas de Itapema and Conasa, with advisory experience in the field of concessions.

Jack Stark Member of the Board of Directors

Jack Stark is the Executive Vice President at Generate Capital. Jack has held senior management roles in finance and operations in energy and financial services. He was CFO for Imergy Energy Systems, BrightSource Energy, and Silicon Valley Bank. Jack graduated with his MBA from UC Berkeley and earned an M.A. and B.A. in Economics from UC Santa Barbara.

Nam Tran Nguyen Member of the Board of Directors

Nam is COO at Generate Capital and has more than 15 years of experience in the energy and renewables sector. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Generac, a publicly listed company and global technology solutions provider in power and electrical grids services. Prior to Generate she worked in firms like SunPower and First Solar. Nam has a BA in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard University.

Roberto Guimarães Member of the Board of Directors

Holds a degree in economics from AEUDF (Brasília/DF) and has experience as an executive and consultant in the areas of taxation, finance, economics, services, and infrastructure. Roberto has worked at the National Treasury Secretariat, Banco de Brasília, and the São Paulo State Secretariat of Budget and Management. In the private sector, has participated in infrastructure projects in the fields of energy, basic sanitation, oil and gas, and airports.

Andre is a Civil Engineer with over 33 years of experience and crucial participation in project management, leading multidisciplinary teams in different types of contracts. He has extensive experience in schedule management and cost control. He is currently the Superintendent of Engineering and Operations at Conasa.
