Executive Board
Conasa’s Board of Directors is composed of seven members, one of which is independent member and one external member.
Holds a degree in History from the University of Leicester and a Chartered Accountancy degree from the ICAEW (England). He has over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, operational improvement, and corporate finance, including as a member of the Boards of Directors of KPMG International and KPMG Americas.
Graduated in Civil Engineering, he was the IR director at GTD Participações S.A, an investement company of EDP – Energias do Brasil S.A, where he is currently an independent member of the Board of Directors and the president of the audit committee.
Holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP), with specialization in Finance and Marketing. He has worked in director positions at companies in the agribusiness, and construction sectors and has vast experience in structuring consortia to bid at tender processes for infrastructure concessions and in structuring guarantees and securities for non-recourse project finance operations, especially in the energy, toll road and sanitation sectors.

David is a Managing Director at Generate Capital PBC and has over 17 years of experience in principal investment, merchant, investment banking, and project development across North America, Latin America and Europe. David has a BSc. in Biology from the University of Toronto and a MSc. in Finance and Accounting from the London School of Economics.
Jack Stark is the Executive Vice President at Generate Capital. Jack has held senior management roles in finance and operations in energy and financial services. He was CFO for Imergy Energy Systems, BrightSource Energy, and Silicon Valley Bank. Jack graduated with his MBA from UC Berkeley and earned an M.A. and B.A. in Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
Nam is COO at Generate Capital and has more than 15 years of experience in the energy and renewables sector. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Generac, a publicly listed company and global technology solutions provider in power and electrical grids services. Prior to Generate she worked in firms like SunPower and First Solar. Nam has a BA in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard University.

Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Finance and Economics from New York University, he was a director and partner at KPMG and a senior associate of BCP Securities, LLC ( a fully licensed FINRA U.S Investment Bank).
Graduated in Civil Engineering and with an MBA in Business Management from FGV – Solid experience in Management of Engineering Projects and Highway Concessions.

Jack Stark is the Executive Vice President at Generate Capital. Jack has held senior management roles in finance and operations in energy and financial services. Compliance Committee
Civil engineer with an MBA in Project Management from FGV. She is currently the Compliance Officer, Secretary of Governance, and Advisor to the Presidency of Conasa, a position she has held for over two and a half years.
Sanitary and environmental engineer with an MBA in Strategic Business Management from FGV. He is currently the Environment and Control Manager at Conasa, a position he has held for over seven years.
Mechanical engineer with an MBA in Finance and Economics from New York University. He was a director and partner at KPMG and a senior associate of BCP Securities, LLC (U.S. Investment Bank).
Business Administrator and Accountant with an Executive MBA in Finance, with twenty years of experience in the financial area. He currently works as Controller at Conasa.
Lawyer with a postgraduate degree in Business, Contracts, and Corporate Law, with over twenty years of experience in corporate law and compliance. She is currently the Legal Advisor to the Officers at Conasa.

Andre is a Civil Engineer with over 33 years of experience and crucial participation in project management, leading multidisciplinary teams in different types of contracts. He has extensive experience in schedule management and cost control. He is currently the Superintendent of Engineering and Operations at Conasa.
